the reception staff were efficient. my room included efficient air conditioning. breakfast featured a very good choice of dishes!!! taxis were organized without any issues.

the bar drink prices showed some variation, based on the person working.

broken shower stock shortage

My room's shower was a disaster. The maintenance team couldn't manage to fix it . strangely, there was no drinking water available. I had to ask for it, and they said they were out of stock. when i questioned this, the staff member had no explanation whatsoever!!!

Breakfast included a selection of hot and cold items. Valet parking was available for a daily fee. I appreciated this convenient service. The staff members were friendly and ready to assist with inquiries. They always offered help.

The room carpet looked dusty. My socks got dirty after walking on it. It might benefit from more frequent cleaning. Tiled floors could improve this situation.
